On the waiting list we store your e-mail, role, country, your interest in microchips and an optional note, to inform you about the launch of DogWorldBase and — if you asked — about ordering microchips. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

We keep the data until the launch and no longer than 24 months, or until you withdraw consent. The data is stored on servers in the European Union and is not sold or shared for advertising.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

When you search for a microchip number, we send only that number to ChipnDoodle (United Kingdom), which checks it in partner registries, and we show only the name and contact details of the registry that holds it — never the owner's data. We do not send your IP address. We keep the number only in an irreversible, encrypted form (a hash) for statistics and to avoid repeating a search within 24 hours. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing the search (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
