About DogWorldBase

Updated: · Kynologic Sp. z o.o.

DogWorldBase is a private, independent registry run by Kynologic Sp. z o.o. — it is not a government or official national pet register. We run an international microchip registry and lookup for dogs and cats: owners link the chip number to a photo and contact details, and a finder checks the number and messages them anonymously.

Who runs DogWorldBase

The service is operated by Kynologic Sp. z o.o., ul. Półwiejska 17/26, 61-888 Poznań, Poland, which is also the data controller. The company is entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001066149; tax ID (NIP) 7831890477, REGON 526785413. For questions about the registry, payments or personal data, write to info@dogworldbase.com. Company website: kynologic.eu.

A private registry, not a government one

DogWorldBase is private and independent. It is not run by any government or public authority and does not act on their behalf. In Poland it is neither the national database CBDZOE nor the state register of dogs and cats, KROPiK, which takes effect on 11 June 2028. An entry in DogWorldBase does not replace any registration that national or local law may require in your country; it is an additional, international way for a finder to reach you, across borders.

What DogWorldBase does

Data and privacy

Owner details are never public: the lookup only shows which registry holds the number, and contact always goes through the registry. We do not store searched chip numbers in readable form. Details are in the privacy policy and the terms.

DogWorldBase and other Kynologic products

Kynologic Sp. z o.o. also builds other services for pet owners, breeders and dog show organisers. Each one is a separate service with its own accounts:

The company also provides IT and cybersecurity services — see kynologic.eu.
