JSON over HTTPS. Authorise with the header Authorization: Bearer dwb_… (key from the partner panel). Limit: 120 requests per minute. Owner data is never returned.

POST /api/v1/registrations
For registries, microchip distributors and breeding software (permission granted by us). Registers a microchip; with owner_email the owner gets an invitation to take over the entry.

Lost-dog alerts for your area: POST JSON to your HTTPS address with the header X-DWB-Signature: sha256=HMAC-SHA256(secret, body).
